✨Experience MEANINGFUL human interactions!
✨We’ve grown accustomed to being digitally attached and communicating virtually even before the pandemic had hit.
✨Safely, interact with people who are good for you mentally, physically, spiritually… just overall a good person.
✨Avoid people who are judgemental, always have something negative to say about you; people who pretty much drain your energy and treat you like dirt or a nobody.
✨Your interaction should be of value to each other:
-It needs to be healthy
-Filled with love
-Stand on Honesty and truth
-Peaceful
-Stress free
✨If your current relationship/friendships don’t have that, it’s time to cut these people loose and surround yourself with better people.

🧚🏽♀️I remember at the start of this year, I was scrolling and I saw this baby doll @extratomatoes post on Instagram about how you feel when you eat.
✨I kid you not I read an article a couple of days later about the same thing!
✨So here’s my take on this subject…Focus on how you feel when you go about your day:
-When you exercise, you should feel your muscles stretching.
-When you eat, you should feel great. (Stop eating until you burst and put an end to foods/snacks with high sugar levels or high calories. Refer to a calorie intake chart for your specified weight goals)
-When you have company, you should feel loved and surrounded by positive energy.
-When you’re alone, you should love yourself and take care of YOU. (Be mindful of what you hear, watch, and speak over yourself)
🤗Whatever you do focus on how you feel when you go about your daily activities or routine. Have in your head, “what is the end goal I am trying to achieve by taking my time to do this?”. I pray this helps 🙏🏽
📲FOLLOW @extratomatoes for those yummy healthy meals she’s always enticing me with 😅

😩Sometimes the news we hear can affect how we think and view things. Sometimes even the music we listen to can have an affect on our mood.
✨We have to be mindful that we are not only physically feeding ourselves in a healthy way but we also have to feed ourselves mentally!

✨Creating lifestyle magic, means to create a healthy body and a healthy mindset, for a better lifestyle and the better version of you!
How can you change the world without putting the entire burden of the world on your shoulders?
Be a thermostat, not a thermometer. Be the one to set the energy in rooms even when there are low vibrations. Don’t match energies, be the energy!
Step in when youth are on the wrong path. Encourage them to do better. It takes one person to change their life forever and you just might be that person.
Never stop working on yourself. Thrive to be a better you for the world.
Be the change the world needs in these times. Go against the grain and be who the great version of yourself is destined to be.

The hardest part of our lives is letting the ones we care deeply for exit out of our lives. We spent all of the moments with these people but were those moments good for our health? Was this person good for our mental space? Were they good for our growth?
At times, while growing in positive directions we tend to outgrow our past. This also means outgrowing people who are complacent or the ones who aren’t liking the “new you”. People are here for certain seasons. But in order for you to enter into a new season and to receive new things; along with bad habits, you have to let go of the people who aren’t contributing and supporting your growth.
And if they want to walk out of your life, let them go… better is always coming your way for good reasons. Remember that! Watch how much peaceful your life becomes.
🧚🏽♀️Put your phone on DND it’s time for some quiet time.

✨What’s your favorite quiet activity that keeps you stress free?
🧚🏽♀️Tune into your motivation!
✨Let’s have an honesty moment: sometimes it can be hard for us to roll out of bed or to even get in the mood to start our day.
✨The key is that you have to tune into your motivation!
✨Here are a few things that motivates me everyday:
-God
-My godly motivational playlist on Spotify
-My kids
-The fact that I have another day to accomplish new goals I never done before
-The drive to become a prosperous and to change the world!

Did you know that 90% of relationships fail because we can't do these 3 basic things:
Communicate
Apologize
Be truthful
As someone who is changing their life for the better, I recommend improving these 3 areas in your life to build healthier relationships.
Depending on your weight, you should drink more water than you are regularly drinking. One cup of water is not enough! Nor should the amount of water that you drink should be more than your soda/juice/alcohol intake.
The benefits of drinking water are:
It keeps you hydrated
It increases your brain functionality; making your brain more sharp
Improves your fitness goals; increasing your performance, endurance, and strength
Helps improve your digestion (Yay! No more constipation!)
Can help with weight management; bosting your metabolic rate.
Keeps your organs and your joints healthy; Organs run properly and Synovial fluid is replenished to keep your joints moving.
It keeps your skin looking healthy.
Aim to drink 88oz or 3.7 liters of water daily for better impact.
Next thing: MIND YOUR BUSINESS!
I’m not talking about a actual corporation or LLC, but I'm talking about being concerned about what’s going on in your own life. It’s ok to be a lending ear to others but when that conversation is leaning towards finding out the latest gossip, you are then beginning to self sabotage yourself.
When you begin to focus on yourself and work on the areas in your life that needs improvement, you’ll begin to accelerate in ways you never even thought you would. You will see so many great and positive changes happen in your life because you focused on your happiness and your opportunities for growth.
So remember drink your water and mind your business :)

Cytokines helps with the growth of blood cells and other cells that boosts your body’s immune system and inflammation responses. Cytokines helps kill abnormal cells, extending the lifespan of normal cells. This is your anti-cancer activity booster.
What You Can Eat to Boost Cytokines
You can eat berries such as:
Strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
blackberries
Berries contains antioxidants that can reduce the risk of diseases such as heart disease.
Fatty Fish
You can eat fatty fish such as:
salmon
sardines
herring
mackerel
anchovies
These types of fish contains omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) that are metabolized into compounds called resolvins and protectins; helping your your body prevent kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic disease.
Eating Broccoli, cauliflower, brussels, sprouts and kale are great veggies to eat. These also decrease the risk of heart disease and cancer.
My personal favorite are avocados! Avocados are packed with potassium, magnesium, fiber, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats that helps reduce inflammation in newly forming skin cells.
Drinking green tea is top tier healthiest beverage which can help reduce risk of heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, obesity and other health conditions.
Eating bell peppers and chili peppers can pack you with Vitamin C and antioxidants, which helps with reducing inflammation associated with chronic diseases like diabetes.
Worldwide famous mushrooms that are EDIBLE and grown locally on a farm like truffles, portobello, and shiitake mushrooms are yummy! Mushrooms surprisingly lowers anit-inflammatory compounds significantly. The trick though is to eat them raw or lightly cooked.
The Spanish New Year traditional treat: grapes. These also reduce inflammation containing anthocyanins.
The warm, earthy flavored spice, Tumeric can be used in a curry (I personally love it in drinks mixed with carrot juice and ginger.). Tumeric reduces inflammation associated with arthritis, diabetes, and other diseases.
Ok, I couldn’t leave out dessert…another one of my favorites, dark chocolate and cocoa! Obviously they are delicious, rich a nd satisfying BUT they all reduce the risk of disease and guess? Dark chocolate leads to healthier aging. Whoever said chocolate was bad for you lied badly!
Too Much Cytokines Can Be Dangerous
A Cytokine Storm can be defined as a severe immune reaction in which the body releases too many cytokines into the blood too quickly. This can be dangerous in relation to COVID-19 causing this complication as well. A Cytokine storm can kill tissue and damage your organs. So limit your intake but eat with wisdom.
What Else You Can Do?
Aside from eating healthy, great exercise can also help boost Cytokines. For ideas on the type of activities you can do tell help increase this anti-inflammatory hero, click the “Fitness” button.
