😬Tell ya posse this week, that you’re hanging it up on the mimosas!
🤯Mind blown fact: According to the CDC there are 89.8% of excessive drinkers and there are 10.2% of alcoholic abusers based off a U.S. National Survey! (Don’t be a negative statistic!)
🍻Trade day drinking (or nightly chugging of beer and shots) for an outdoor walk or activity!
🏞So here are a few great outdoor activities you can do to get fresh air as keeping that heart pumping:
✨Running
✨Fishing (my favorite!!!)
✨Hiking
✨Bicycling (another fav!!)
✨Camping (love this!!)
✨Wildlife Viewing
✨Skiing
✨Bird watching (amazing!)
✨Kayaking (literally in my top 5)
🥰 I don’t know about you but I love to do the things I love especially if it gets my heart pumping. Not only that, but it replaces bad habits and activities with better and healthier ones!

People are normally focused on getting active for the New Year but never have the right equipment to help them achieve their body goals.
Active Shoes are Vital!
One key tool to have to assure you are prepared for the sport or fitness activity of your choice is making sure you have the right shoes.
Investing in quality workout shoes can prevent ankle and foot injuries. Not only that, these type of shoes can assure that you have an effective workout because you are comfortable. Each active shoe all depends on the type of activity you’re engaging in. We’ve listed a few options below that you can choose from; see the “Gear Up!” Button below.
Enhancing Your Workout with the Right Equipment
Workout equipment are always great tools to help enhance your daily workouts. Workout equipment is built to either control your path of motion, put resistance on astringent part of your muscles, can help in generating metabolic overload, circuit training, and/or safety. We also did a favor in adding in a few Top Tier workout items for you to checkout in the same link.
Overall, it is important to have the right tools to workout with especially if you are looking to hit your target; whether that be losing weight, gaining weight, or toning up. Get out there and gear up!
Let’s start with the basics: walking is the most simplest exercise you can do, whether you are walking in the park or walking to your local market to reward yourself with a treat; walking is beneficial.
No need for bulky treadmills if you want to stick to the basics. Find pleasant sceneries to enjoy on your walk cause who wants to walk in noisy downtown? Tag a friend or family member along and catch up on your walks; no one is going to notice the time flying anyways. Walk to places that are within 3 miles of your home instead of driving there a few times out of the week.
If you have a busy schedule, take 15 minutes out of your day to walk it out around the block. I recommend, if you have the time, do a max 30 minute walk. Stick to a scheduled walk. Don’t just start a walking program, show up everyday and stick to the goal!
And to really spice things up:
Carry weights during your walk
Incorporate segments of mobility workouts such as arm swings, quad stretches, and Lateral lunges
Walk and squat! Walk and Squat!
Whatever you do just get moving! See the benefits of walking by clicking the “Health” button.
